The Grazer allows the horse to eat in a slower, healthier manner - just one bale of hay and your horse will be entertained for hours! This product is a great way to reduce boredom, minimize wasted hay, lessen dust inhalation, and more! The Grazer is mounted at ground level, which provides a more natural, comfortable way for your horse to feed. For a secure hold, The Grazer needs to be attached to a fence or wall so horse can pull against it to get the hay out. It comes wth brackets for wood fences / walls or pipe corrals.

The space between each of the middle bars is 2.5" wide. Does The Grazer need to be secured to anything? Yes, it needs to be attached to a fence or wall so the horse can pull against it to get the hay out. It comes with brackets. Why are the sides so high? The end panels are supporting the springs that pull up the bottom plate. How does the horse get the hay at the bottom? The bottom plate is pulled up by the springs in the leg so the hay comes to the horse.
