Never a restock fee on stock items!! TIMCO accepts returns of any item except fence charger repair items like modules, batteries and replacement cords and connectors. Call us for specifics if you might need to return one, we are happy to make exceptions. Please call us for RA on any returns, you can ship the item back to us or request a return label. Shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Items must have their original packaging and be returned within 1 year for a full refund.
**The only exception to our policy is Woodguard Fence and special order wood fence posts, the reason is the size, weight and the time shipping via freight lines. We will figure a restock fee for each individual return. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
