The two most important questions we get asked....
How Long Will It Take? Most items ship the next day. Heavy fencing will take additional time to ship.
How will I know when my order ships? Our warehouse will contact you with tracking numbers and let you know every step of the way.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We use several different shipping methods depending on the weight and location of your order. Most heavier fences need to come by motor carrier (semi-truck), so your home or office must be semi-truck accessible. If your home or office is not semi accessible, you can make favorable arrangements with the driver to meet at the driveway or a more accessible nearby location.
Is your order damaged? When your delivery comes, look it over carefully; it's as important as a piece of furniture for your living room. If it's all wrapped up and the driver is in a hurry, note that on the paperwork he/she asks you to sign. You can note "possible hidden damage, was unable to take inventory," and if someone else has to be there to sign, have them do the same. Call us right away so we can get replacements out to you. After 2 weeks we lose our rights to file a claim with the shipper, so we ask that you to take an inventory and note any damage the day your order arrives.
Restock fees and 365 Return Policy- We will take back almost any item in it's original packaging within one year. Why do we do this? Very rarely do our items become discontinued and even if they do, we are still able to sell them. We also found many competitors that were charging 15% or in some cases 30% for returns. Your refund is given on a credit card if possible, a check will be mailed if it has been too long for a credit card refund. (Our system purges credit cards after 60 days) You will have to pay shipping to get it back to us, we are happy to quote you our rates to pick up the item, with our volume our prices are better than what you would get at the Post Office or Shipping store. The shipping price we quote will be deducted from your total refund.
